What happens in a Stress Relief session?
A Stress Relief session follows a simple structure:
- A discussion to identify your current challenge.
- Proceed with the stress transformation process.
Depending on the cause(s) of stress, it may be possible to work on more than one cause in the same session.
What happens in a Growth session?
A Growth Session follows a simple structure:
- A discussion to identify your current challenge.
- Determine your goal and how it will be achieved.
- Proceed with the mindset change process.
A one-time activity is agreed upon at the end of the Growth Session and is recommended to be completed within 3 days after your session.
Depending on the goal(s) you want to achieve, it may be possible to work on more than one goal in the same session.

Where can I have a session?
A private one-one-one session is available online, via video or phone from the comfort of your own home.
How will I feel during a session?
You will be focused and completely aware. Your body will be deeply relaxed, this is typically a very positive and peaceful state.
During a Stress Relief Session, as we are facing your discomfort, your stress may temporarily increase before resolving. This is normal and we only proceed with the process if it is safe to do so.
How will I feel after a session?
You will feel a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally physically and/or spiritually.
Some people leave the session relaxed, in a state of wonder and prefer quiet time to relax and reflect. Similar to the feeling after yoga, meditation, having a spa or a massage. Others feel energised, excited and ready to put their new mindset in motion.
You will begin to experience your challenges differently. What was a day-to-day stressful or challenging situation/ condition, will be more manageable, effortless and enjoyable.
How quickly will I see changes?
Stress Relief Session
Stress relief can be felt in a matter of minutes. Stress causes a physiological response, and as your stress reduces in the session, you can feel and will know the difference in your mind and body.
(Stress relief is limited to the triggers, situations, conditions addressed in your session.)
Growth Session
Personal and professional growth evolves over time as it is typically a mental or emotional mindset change. Whilst some clients have experienced instantaneous change, others within 48 hours, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to realise your new way of thinking, feeling or behaving.
This change process creates your new mindset and potential, you create results through your conscious actions.
For example, if your goal is to get a promotion, in the session you will release any fear or self-doubt and you will create a new mindset about getting a promotion. However, the process of acquiring that promotion still requires you to ask for th promotion and advocate for yourself. The new mindset will increase your self-belief, worth, motivation and ability to ask for what you deserve.
(Personal and professional growth is limited to the specific goals and beliefs addressed in your session.)
How many sessions are needed?
A long term approach is usually not required as we are working with the subconscious mind and change can be so rapid.
There is no recommended or prescribed number of sessions. Results can be seen in as little as one session per stress, trigger or life challenge. The number and timing of sessions is individual and depends on your progress, personal choice and what you want to achieve.
*If there are benefits (secondary gains) for you to keep old habits, your desired change may not immediately take place. In this instance, additional sessions would be required to ensure successful mindset change. For example, if you want to stop a bad habit like smoking, we may need more than one session to get to the root cause of your habit. We can address your want to stop smoking , however we may need to also address what smoking gives you; "me time" or time out to relax alone. Your inability to allow yourself to relax without the excuse of going outside for a cigarette, may be the belief that is holding you back from stopping your habit.
